Yoga for Digestive Health

This lovely gentle workshop will explore how a mindful yoga practice – with its focus on stilling the mind and connecting to our body and breath – can have a profound effect on digestive issues through the gut-brain connection. During this two hour workshop we can begin to understand how the health of the digestive system is at the heart of our whole being - relating as it does to the health of all other body systems - and discover ways of soothing digestive issues.
